Dr. Jacqueline Maddox


Dr. Maddox’s passion for dentistry started when she was a dental assistant at a friend’s office as a teenager. She fell in love with the dentistry and never looked back. She approaches each and every patient with a positive and compassionate attitude to make your dental experience as comfortable as she possibly can.

Dr. Maddox is a Long Island native; she obtained at Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a concentration in genetics from Stony Brook University. She then attended Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She went on to complete a General Practice Residency program at Winthrop University Hospital. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the Suffolk County Dental Society, where she served on the board of directors. She is also an active member if the International Team of Implantology. She is committed to continued Learning and keeping up to date on the latest dental technologies.


Dr. Maddox loves hosting her family’s Sunday dinners and cooking and baking for them. She is an animal lover and has two cats and 2 dogs at home, including our office mascot Lacey. In her free time she also enjoys kayaking and attending her Nephews baseball games.
